We started High Noon because I kept seeing the same problem — companies ripe with growth opportunities, but internal leadership was maxed out or heads-down on current roadmap initiatives — and needed an outside perspective to spot what they couldn't see from inside. So we built a model where we can come in as that senior product leader, do the work, and actually drive results. I've spent over a decade managing outcomes across companies of all sizes.
My background is a bit unusual — I've got economics and marketing on one side, and business management, Saas, and DevSecOps on the other. That combination is what lets me cover the full product lifecycle as one partner, not a rotating cast of consultants you have to manage.
